Another Simpson Group secret weapon, General Contractor – Steve Raveling. With a background in Aeronautical Engineering and Quality Control for a large home builder, Steve offers a great attitude to help our sellers with whatever projects are standing in the wings. From pressure washing, drywall repair, landscaping, new quiet fans in the bathroom or fixing loose cabinet doors, Steve is our magician.
Steve has worked with the Simpson Group for 4 years and we don’t even allow him to give his phone number out. The greatest part is he works with our Sellers’ and Agents’ schedules and as anyone trying to find a contractor knows — that is worth its weight in gold! When not busy prepping a Simpson Group seller’s home, you can find Steve restoring a car with his teenage son, or doing projects on his cabin in Idaho. He can also be found mowing his elderly neighbor’s yard or volunteering at the Tree Lot.
